In-person classes: 12+ hours prior to class for an early cancel. A class credit is refunded (for a package or single class credit).

​Live-stream: user can cancel any time before the class start time for a refund of a class credit (for a package or single class credit)
​
​Late cancel: 12 hours or less, prior to class for in-person classes or after the class start time for livestream classes result in loss of credit/class
